✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to Madinah, he stayed with me. He said to me: "O Abu Ayyub, shall I not teach you?" He said: I said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "No servant says in the morning: 'There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner; His is the dominion and His is the praise,' except that Allah records for him ten good deeds, erases from him ten evil deeds, and unless they are for him with Allah equal to ten emancipated slaves, and unless he is in a protection from Satan until evening. And no one says it in the evening except likewise." He (the narrator) said: I said to Abu Muhammad: "Did you hear it from Abu Ayyub?" He said: "By Allah, I heard it from Abu Ayyub narrating it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
