✧ I witnessed the Prophet's ﷺ sermon at Minā, and among what he preached he said: 'And nothing of a man's brother's property is lawful for him except what he gives willingly.' He said: When I heard that, I said: 'O Messenger of God, what if I came upon my cousin's sheep and took one of them and slaughtered it — would I bear anything for that?' He said: 'If you find her to be a ewe carrying a blade and fire-sticks, do not touch her.'
