Musnad Ahmad 20687

Translation

✧ The riders used to come to us from the direction of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and we would ask them to recite, and they would tell us that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Let the one among you who knows the most Qur'an lead you."
