✧ Some dinars were brought to the Messenger of God ﷺ, and he began taking handful after handful and looking to his right as if consulting someone about whom to give. — 'Affān said in his narration: consulting someone before giving. — There was a black man with trimmed hair, wearing two white garments, with the mark of prostration between his eyes. He said: "You have not been just in the division." The Messenger of God ﷺ became angry and said: "Who will be just with you after me?" They said: "O Messenger of God, shall we not kill him?" He said: "No." Then he said to his companions: "This man and his companions will pass through the religion as an arrow passes through its target, not holding onto anything of Islam."
