حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُهَلَّبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

لَا يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ إِنِّي قُمْتُ رَمَضَانَ كُلَّهُ وَصُمْتُهُ

Translation

✧ Let none of you say: I stood in prayer the whole of Ramadan and fasted it.

قَالَ فَلَا أَدْرِي أَكَرِهَ التَّزْكِيَةَ أَمْ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ غَفْلَةٍ أَوْ رَقْدَةٍ
