✧ The ruling of b. Amr al-Ghaffari

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ عَنْ دُلْجَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ
أَنَّ الْحَكَمَ الْغِفَارِيَّ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ، أَوْ قَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: أَتَذْكُرُ حِينَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ النَّقِيرِ وَالْمُقَيَّرِ، أَوْ أَحَدِهِمَا، وَعَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ، وَالْحَنْتَمِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ.
Translation

✧ That al-Hakam al-Ghifari said to a man, or a man said to him: Do you remember when the Messenger of God ﷺ forbade al-naqir and al-muqayyar, or one of them, and al-dubba' and al-hantam? He said: Yes, and I bear witness to that.
