حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ النَّصْرِيِّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ اللَّيْثِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ: عَتِيقَهَا، وَلَقِيطَهَا، وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ.

✧ A woman inherits three inheritances: from her freed slave, her foundling, and her child over whom she has invoked a curse.
