✧ A bedouin came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: “O Messenger of God, is there an end to this matter?” He said: “Yes, for whomever God intends good from among the non-Arabs or the Arabs, He brings it upon them. Then trials will occur like dark shadows (al-ẓulal), and they will return to them as black serpents, striking one another's necks. And the best of people on that day will be a believer who isolates himself in a mountain pass, fearing his Lord, Blessed and Exalted, and leaving the people from his evil.”
