حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى نَاسٍ وَهُمْ يُصَلُّونَ قُعُودًا مِنْ مَرَضٍ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ صَلَاةَ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to some people who were praying sitting down due to illness, and said: 'The prayer of one sitting is half of the prayer of one standing.'
