حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ

كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ بَيْضَاءُ حَيَّةٌ، ثُمَّ يَذْهَبُ الذَّاهِبُ إِلَى الْعَوَالِي، فَيَأْتِيهَا وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ

Translation

✧ He used to pray 'Asr while the sun was white and alive. Then a person would go to al-'Awali and arrive there while the sun was still high.
