حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمُ بْنُ أَخْضَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ

لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ حُنَيْنٍ وَجَمَعَتْ هَوَازِنُ وَغَطَفَانُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ جَمْعًا كَثِيرًا، [وَرَسُولُ اللهِ] ﷺ فِي عَشْرَةِ آلَافٍ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ، وَمَعَهُ الطُّلَقَاءُ، فَجَاءُوا بِالنَّعَمِ وَالذُّرِّيَّةِ

Translation

✧ On the day of Hunayn, Hawazin and Ghatafan gathered a large force against the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was with ten thousand or more, and with him were the freed captives. They brought livestock and children.
