حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " شَهِدْتُ مَعَ عُمُومَتِي " فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ
Translation
✧ Abu Khaythamah narrated to us: Isma'il b. Ibrahim narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Ishaq, from al-Zuhri, from Muhammad b. Jubayr b. Mut'im, from his father, from 'Abd al-Rahman b. 'Awf, who said: The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "I witnessed with my paternal uncles..." and he mentioned something similar.

Muṣʿab and Khālid al-Wāsiṭī narrated it from him. There is disagreement about him: it is said, from him, from Muḥammad b. Jubayr, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, without mentioning his father Jubayr in it. And al-Wāqidī narrated it from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz and the nephew of al-Zuhrī, from al-Zuhrī, from Muḥammad b. Jubayr, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Azhar, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. ʿAwf.
