حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ أَبِي الْمُسَاوِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَمْرَضُ مَرَضًا، إِلَّا أَمَرَ اللهُ حَافِظَهُ أَنَّ مَا عَمِلَ مِنْ سَيِّئَةٍ فَلَا يَكْتُبْهَا، وَمَا عَمِلَ مِنْ حَسَنَةٍ أَنْ يَكْتُبَهَا لَهُ عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ، وَأَنْ يَكْتُبَ لَهُ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ الصَّالِحِ كَمَا كَانَ يَعْمَلُ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْ
Translation

✧ No servant falls ill with an illness except that Allah commands his guardian angels: Whatever evil deed he does, do not record it, and whatever good deed he does, record it as ten good deeds, and record for him from righteous deeds as he used to do while healthy, even if he does not do them.
