Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ The poor person is not this one who goes around among the people, whom a morsel or a date or two dates turns away. They said, 'Then who is the poor person, O Messenger of Allah ﷺ?' He said, 'The one who does not find enough to make him self-sufficient, and whose condition is not noticed so that charity may be given to him, and who does not stand and beg from people.'
