حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ نَهِيقَ الْحِمَارِ وَنُبَاحَ الْكَلْبِ وَصَوْتَ دِيكٍ بِاللَّيْلِ، فَتَعَوَّذُوا بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ، فَإِنَّهُمْ يَرَوْنَ مَا لَا تَرَوْنَ

✧ When you hear the braying of a donkey, the barking of a dog, or the crowing of a rooster at night, seek refuge in Allah from Satan, for they see what you do not see.
