وَبِهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، وَمَعَهَا ابْنٌ لَهَا مَرِيضٌ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، ادْعُ اللهَ أَنْ يَشْفِيَ ابْنِي هَذَا. قَالَ: فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: هَلْ لَكِ فَرَطٌ ؟. قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ. قَالَ: فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ أَوْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ ؟ قَالَتْ: بَلْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ. قَالَ: جُنَّةٌ حَصِينَةٌ، جُنَّةٌ حَصِينَةٌ، جُنَّةٌ حَصِينَةٌ

Translation

✧ A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ with a sick son of hers and said: 'O Messenger of God, supplicate to God to cure this son of mine.' The Messenger of God ﷺ said to her: 'Do you have any child who died before?' She said: 'Yes, O Messenger of God.' He said: 'In the pre-Islamic era or in Islam?' She said: 'Rather in Islam.' He said: 'A strong shield, a strong shield, a strong shield.'
