وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ:
مَرَّتْ بِهِ جِنَازَةٌ فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا فِي مَنَاقِبِ الْخَيْرِ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: وَجَبَتْ، ثُمَّ مَرَّتْ بِهِ أُخْرَى، فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَيْهَا شَرًّا فِي مَنَاقِبِ الشَّرِّ، فَقَالَ: وَجَبَتْ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءُ اللهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ
Translation

✧ A funeral passed by him and they praised it with good in the merits of good. He said: It became due. Then another passed by him, and they praised it with evil in the merits of evil. He said: It became due. Then he said: You are the witnesses of Allah on the earth.
