حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَمَرَّ بِبِرْكَةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَكَرَعُوا فِيهِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: لَا تَكْرَعُوا، وَلَكِنِ اغْسِلُوا أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَاشْرَبُوا، فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنَ الْآنِيَةِ شَيْءٌ أَنْظَفَ مِنَ الْيَدِ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ was on a journey, and he passed by a pool of water, and they lapped it up. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Do not lap it up, but wash your hands and drink, for there is no vessel cleaner than the hand.'
