حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ، وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ، يَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ، أَلَا لَا يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ، وَلَا ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ
Translation

✧ The believers' blood is equal, and they are one hand against others; the lowest of them may grant protection on their behalf. Verily, a believer is not to be killed for a disbeliever, nor one with a covenant while his covenant is in effect.
