وَعَنْ أَبِيهِ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ قَالَ:
خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْإِحْرَامِ، وَالْحَرَمِ: الْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: وَالْأَسَدُ، وَالذِّئْبُ، وَالزُّنْبُورُ الْعَقُورُ
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Abīh Yablugh Bih al-Nabī ﷺ
✧ Five are the creatures in which there is no fault for the one who kills them in the state of consecration and within the Sanctuary: the crow, the mouse, the scorpion, the biting dog. Sufyan said: and the lion, the wolf, and the biting hornet.
