حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ: الْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
Translation
