حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُسَيِّبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ - يَعْنِي: ابْنَ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ يَقُولُ:

مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا فَمَالُهُ لِلَّذِي بَاعَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ، وَمَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي بَاعَهَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ

✧ Whoever sells a slave, his property belongs to the one who sold him unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. Whoever sells a palm that has been pollinated, its fruit belongs to the one who sold it unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.
