حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْرُوفُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِذَا انْفَلَتَتْ دَابَّةُ أَحَدِكُمْ بِأَرْضٍ فَلَاةٍ فَلْيُنَادِ: يَا عِبَادَ اللهِ احْبِسُوا، يَا عِبَادَ اللهِ احْبِسُوا، فَإِنَّ لِلهِ حَاضِرًا فِي الْأَرْضِ سَيَحْبِسُهُ

✧ If one of your animals escapes in a desolate land, let him call out: 'O servants of God, restrain it! O servants of God, restrain it!' For God has a presence on earth that will restrain it.
