حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَشْعَثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَعَنَ عَشَرَةً: آكِلَ الرِّبَا، وَمُوكِلَهُ، وَكَاتِبَهُ، وَشَاهِدَيْهِ، وَالْوَاشِمَةَ، وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ، وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ، وَالْمُحِلَّ، وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ cursed ten: the one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, its scribe, its two witnesses, the woman who tattoos, the woman who asks to be tattooed, the one who withholds charity, the one who makes lawful, and the one for whom it is made lawful.
