✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ advised me, saying: 'O Anas, perform ablution thoroughly and your lifespan will be increased. O Anas, pray the Duha prayer, for it is the prayer of the oft-returning ones before you. O Anas, greet your household and your good deeds will increase. O Anas, greet whomever you meet of my community and your good deeds will increase. O Anas, pray much by night and day and your guardian angels will love you. O Anas, sleep while you are ritually pure, for if you die, you die a martyr. O Anas, honor the elderly and show mercy to the young.'
