حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَمَسَحَ وَجْهَهَا، وَكَانُوا يَأْتُونَهُ فَيَمْسَحُ وُجُوهَهُنَّ وَيَدْعُو لَهُنَّ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، طَأْطِئْ يَدَكَ، قَالَ: فَدَفَعَهَا، وَقَالَ: إِلَيْكِ عَنِّي

✧ A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ, so he wiped her face—and they used to come to him and he would wipe their faces and supplicate for them—so she said: 'O Messenger of God, lower your hand.' He said: So he pushed her away and said: 'Get away from me.'
