حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، قُلْتُ: أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَيْءٍ عَقَلْتَهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَيْنَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ يَوْمَ التَّرْوِيَةِ ؟ فَقَالَ: بِمِنًى، قُلْتُ: أَيْنَ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ ؟ فَقَالَ: بِالْأَبْطَحِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: افْعَلْ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ أُمَرَاؤُكُمْ
Translation

✧ I asked Anas b. Mālik, saying: Tell me something you understood from the Messenger of God ﷺ: where did he pray ẓuhr on the Day of Tarwiyah? He said: At Minā. I said: Where did he pray ʿaṣr on the Day of Nafr? He said: At al-Abṭaḥ. Then he said: Do as your rulers do.
