وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تَزْهُوَ، قُلْنَا: وَمَا زَهْوُهُ ؟ قَالَ: تَحْمَرُّ. قَالَ أَنَسٌ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ مَنَعَ اللهُ النَّخْلَ، بِمَ تَسْتَحِلُّ مَالَ أَخِيكَ ؟

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ forbade selling fruit until it ripens. We said: "What is its ripening?" He said: "It turns red." Anas said: "Do you see, if God withholds the palm trees, with what would you make your brother's wealth lawful?"
