✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ practiced continuous fasting in Ramadan, so some of his companions practiced continuous fasting. He said: If the month were extended for me, I would continue fasting such a continuous fast that would make those who go to extremes give up their extremism. I spend the night while my Lord feeds me and gives me drink.
