✧ The people asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ until they pressed him with questioning. He said: You will not ask me about anything except that I will clarify it. A man who, when he quarreled, was called by other than his father stood up and said: O Messenger of Allah, who is my father? He said: Your father is Hudhafah. Then Umar b. al-Khattab stood up and said: We are content with Allah as Lord, Islam as religion, and Muhammad as Messenger. We seek refuge with Allah from the evil of trials. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said: I have never seen in good and evil like today; Paradise and Hell were shown to me.
