حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْيَشْكُرِيُّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُبَيْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي يَزِيدَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
أَتَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْخَلَاءَ، فَوَضَعْتُ لَهُ وَضُوءًا، فَلَمَّا خَرَجَ قَالَ: مَنْ وَضَعَ هَذَا ؟ قَالُوا: ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ فَقِّهْهُ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went to relieve himself, and I placed water for his ablution for him. When he came out, he said: “Who placed this?” They said: “Ibn ‘Abbas.” He said: “O Allah, give him understanding in religion.”
