وَعَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمُخَارِقِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي رَجُلٍ جَامَعَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ دَمًا عَبِيطًا فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فِيهِ صُفْرَةٌ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ regarding a man who had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating, he said: 'If it was fresh blood, he should give a dinar in charity; and if there was yellowishness in it, then half a dinar.'
