✧ I came with a lad from Banu Hashim on a donkey, and we passed in front of the Prophet ﷺ while he was praying. We dismounted and left the donkey to eat from the vegetation of the earth—or he said, 'from the plants of the earth'—and we entered the prayer with him. A man said, 'Was there a short spear in front of him?' He said, 'No.'
