حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ كَانَ شَرِيكًا فِي رَبْعَةٍ أَوْ نَخْلٍ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَ شَرِيكَهُ، فَإِنْ رَضِيَ أَخَذَ، وَإِنْ كَرِهَ تَرَكَ

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ Whoever is a partner in a dwelling or in palm trees, he has no right to sell it until he informs his partner. If he is pleased, he takes it; if he dislikes it, he leaves it.
