أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ:

قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالشُّفْعَةِ بَيْنَ الشُّرَكَاءِ فِي الدُّورِ وَالْأَرَضِينَ
