حَدَّثَنَا الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَقِيلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَمٍّ لَهُ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ. فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَ:

مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ وَرَفَعَ بَصَرَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ، فَقَالَ: أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، فُتِحَتْ لَهُ ثَمَانِيَةُ أَبْوَابٍ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ يَدْخُلُ مِنْ أَيِّهَا شَاءَ

✧ Whoever performs ablution and does it well, then raises his gaze to the sky and says: I bear witness that there is no god but God alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, eight gates of Paradise are opened for him and he may enter through whichever he wishes.
