✧ We went out on a journey, and with us was 'Uqba b. 'Amir. We said to him, 'Lead us in prayer, may Allah have mercy on you.' He said, 'I will not do it. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever leads the people in prayer and gets the time right and completes the prayer, the reward is for him and for them. And whoever falls short in any of that, it is against him and not against them."'
