حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ وَارْفَعْ مِرْفَقَيْكَ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Jaʿfar b. Ḥumayd al-Kūfī
  2. ʿUbaydullāh b. Iyād
  3. his father
  4. al-Barāʾ b. ʿĀzib
  5. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ
