، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي صَفْوَانَ الثَّقَفِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِيَادِ بْنِ لَقِيطٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ، وَارْفَعْ مِرْفَقَيْكَ
