حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِيَادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِيَادُ بْنُ لَقِيطٍ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

إِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ وَارْفَعْ مِرْفَقَيْكَ.
