Sunan Abi Dawud 5160

Regarding the rights of slaves

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ

كُنْتُ أَضْرِبُ غُلاَمًا لِي أَسْوَدَ بِالسَّوْطِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ أَمْرَ الْعِتْقِ

Translation

  3. al-Aʿmash Biʾisnādih and Maʿnāh
