✧ The funeral prayer for the martyr and washing him

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ:
لَا يُدْفَنُ الشَّهِيدُ فِي حِذَاءَيْنِ، وَلَا نَعْلَيْنِ، وَلَا سِلَاحٍ، وَلَا خَاتَمٍ " قَالَ: " يُدْفَنُ فِي الْمِنْطَقَةِ، وَالثِّيَابِ " قَالَ: وَبَلَغَنِي عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ قَالَ: " لَا يُدْفَنُ بُرْقُعُهُ
Translation
✧ The martyr is not to be buried in sandals, or shoes, or weapons, or a ring. He said: 'He is buried in a belt and clothes.' He said: And it reached me from Ibrahim al-Nakha'i that he said: 'His face-veil is not to be buried [with him].'
