عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ

فِي الْمُشْرِكِ: " إِذَا أَخَذَ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَتَاعِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، ثُمَّ بَاعَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِزَهُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَبَيْعُهُ بَاطِلٌ، يَأْخُذُهُ صَاحِبُهُ حَيْثُ وَجَدَهُ

Translation

✧ Regarding the polytheist: 'If he takes something of the Muslims' property, then sells it before securing it to the land of polytheism, his sale is void; its owner may take it wherever he finds it.'
