عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ:
خَرَجَتْ سَوْدَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ وَرَآهَا عُمَرُ، وَكَانَتْ طَوِيلَةً، فَقَالَ: إِنَّكِ لَنْ تَخْفَيْ عَلَيْنَا، فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَأْكُلُ عَرْقًا، فَمَا وَضَعَهُ حَتَّى أُوحِيَ إِلَيْهِ: " أَنْ قَدْ رُخِّصَ لَكُنَّ أَنْ تَخْرُجْنَ فِي حَوَائِجِكُنَّ لَيْلًا
Translation
✧ Sawdah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, went out one night and 'Umar saw her; she was tall. He said: "Indeed, you will not be hidden from us." That was mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ while he was eating a bone with meat on it, and he did not put it down until it was revealed to him: "That permission has been given to you to go out for your needs at night."
