✧ Recitation During Circumambulation and Talking

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى الْبَكَّاءِ
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَكْرَهُ الْقِرَاءَةَ فِي الطَّوَافِ، هِيَ، يَقُولُ: مُحْدَثٌ
Translation
✧ That he heard Ibn ʿUmar disapproving of reciting during circumambulation, saying: “It is an innovation.”
