✧ Recitation During Circumambulation and Talking

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ
سُئِلَ، عَنِ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي الطَّوَافِ، فَقَالَ: أَحْدَثَهُ النَّاسُ
Translation
✧ He was asked about reciting during circumambulation, and he said: “The people introduced it as an innovation.”
