✧ When one finds no water

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ أُصَدِّقُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
إِنَّ رُخْصَةً لِلْمَرِيضِ فِي التَّمَسُّحِ بِالتُّرَابِ وَهُوَ يَجِدُ الْمَاءَ
Translation
✧ Indeed there is a concession for the sick to wipe with dust even while he finds water.
