عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: هَلْ لِامْرِئٍ بِأَرْضٍ بَارِدَةٍ بِالشَّامِ رُخْصَةٌ فِي أَنْ لَا يُنَقِّيَ وَلَا يُسْبِغَ الْوُضُوءَ ؟ قَالَ: لَا

✧ I said to Ata: Is there any concession for a man in a cold land in Syria to not clean thoroughly or not perform ablution completely? He said: No.
