عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْبَهْزِيِّ قَالَ:
لَمَّا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِصِفَاحِ الرَّوْحَاءِ أَوْ قَرِيبًا مِنَ الرَّوْحَاءِ، فَإِذَا هُوَ بِحِمَارِ وَحْشٍ عَقِيرٍ لِلنَّاسِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّ هَذَا قَدْ أَصَابَهُ رَجُلٌ فَيُوشِكُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُ فَجَاءَهُ الْبَهْزِيُّ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي اصْطَدْتُ هَذَا الْحِمَارَ فَشَأْنُكُمْ بِهِ " فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَنْ يَقْسِمَهُ فِي الرِّفَاقِ، وَنَحْنُ مُحْرِمُونَ "، قَالَ: ثُمَّ انْطَلَقْنَا حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا بِأُثَايَةِ الْعَرَجِ إِذَا نَحْنُ بِظَبْيٍ حَاقِفٍ " فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَنْ يَقِفَ عِنْدَهُ حَتَّى يُجَاوِزَهُ النَّاسُ
Translation
✧ When the Messenger of God ﷺ was at Sifah al-Rawha' or near al-Rawha', there was a wild donkey wounded for the people. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'A man has hit this, and he will soon come to it.' Al-Bahzi came and said: 'O Messenger of God, I hunted this donkey, so it is yours to deal with.' The Messenger of God ﷺ ordered Abu Bakr to distribute it among the traveling parties, while we were in ihram. Then we went on until we were at Uthayat al-'Araj, and there was a gazelle bending its neck in a hollow. The Messenger of God ﷺ ordered Abu Bakr to stand by it until the people passed beyond it.
