عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: فَاشْتَكَتْ شَكْوَى يَمْنَعُهَا الصِّيَامَ قَالَ: " تَرْجِعُ إِلَى بَيْتِهَا إِنْ شَاءَتْ حَتَّى تَصِحَّ "، قُلْتُ: أَفَيَمَسُّهَا زَوْجُهَا فِي وَجَعِهَا ؟ قَالَ: " لَهَا اللهُ إِذًا إِلَّا أَنْ تَقْطَعَ جِوَارَهَا "، قُلْتُ: وَلَا قُبْلَةً، وَلَا شَيْئًا ؟ قَالَ: " لَا "
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': 'If she complains of an illness that prevents her from fasting?' He said: 'She returns to her house if she wishes until she recovers.' I said: 'May her husband touch her during her illness?' He said: 'She has God then, unless she cuts off her spiritual retreat.' I said: 'Not even a kiss or anything?' He said: 'No.'
